We are available for massage and acupuncture therapy by appointment online.

When you arrive for your appointment please wait in your car as our front door will be locked. Your therapist will call you in at your scheduled appointment time. Please arrive for your appointment on time as we may not be able to extend your treatment time if you are late. We require 20 minutes between clients to sanitize the room after every treatment.

Emma is an addition to the industry that offers a passionate interest in sports-based injury and deep tissue massage.

A thorough client-specific tailored treatment process is the foundation for both the most prompt and efficient recovery. Emma's athletic history, including that of a provincial playing capacity in soccer and her love for organized hockey has molded her future not only as a professional clinical massage therapist, but one who both practices and holds a sincere interest in the rehabilitation of those seeking a renewal of their physical selves, whether that from an athletic injury or those with participating in a complete body maintenance regime.

Emma has done additional courses and can offer Indie Head Massage, AromaTouch and Muscle Energy Technique. Emma graduated from Algonquin college in 2015. Her college experience has taught her how to assess, treat and administer exercises for low and upper back issues as well as decreasing stress and increasing relaxation.

About Us

In 2007, Bruce opened Ability Registered Massage Therapy in the heart of Kanata North’s business park. The clinic had one treatment room that treated clients while he continued to expand the facility. Over the years, Ability transformed from a one room clinic into a five room facility that offered therapists training, financial aid and a support system encouraging professional development.

In 2010, Rose purchased Ability and expanded its services to include Traditional Chinese Medicine, thus adopting its current name. Along with our talented staff, we have a much larger network of health care professionals that we work with if you needed something more than we normally offer. We work with physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths, nutritionists, naturopaths, pilates and yoga instructors, meditation, hypnosis and reiki healers, psychologists, social workers and dentists. Our network is expanding and to go beyond your expectations when it comes to referring to another specialist.

We are open everyday. Each therapist can come in early or stay late to accommodate their clients. Most days, we’re open as early as 8:30am, and Fridays and Saturdays we're open at 7am. We close most nights by 8pm but some therapists will stay until 9pm.
